I signed up for something in a home store about 2-3 years ago. We have told this company numerous times we are not interested and to stop calling. They stop for a while and then suddenly start blowing up both my home phone and cell phone. I don't know how to get them to stop calling!
I got a call from Improve It Home saying I had scheduled an appointment for that evening for them to give me an estimate on windows. I had never heard of them let alone scheduled anything. They said I signed up at the Ohio State Fair which I hadn't even been too. My daughter and husband had and had signed up to win a scooter. OK - so that is where this all started. One problem. He called my cell phone number which was NOT provided in the sign up. I'm worried.
Actually, this company, Improveit Home Remodeling, is trying to promote itself. One of their promotional reps stopped by my house to do marketing, I made her some tea and witnessed to her about Jesus Christ. She left :) But, I do get calls from them now, at least three to four times A DAY, which is very annoying. If I don't answer the phone, they don't leave a voicemail. I've answered just to hear their reps talking to each other, then hang up on me. I've also spoken to various reps and asked to be taken off their mailing list. Next time they call, I think I might bring up Jesus again....
Yes, I applied for a home remodeling contest at Meijers grocery store about three weeks ago. Now I get calls every other day from 614-291-5400. Last week I labled the number as harrassment in my phone because they have never left a message. Now when they call I just look at the word harrassment and laugh! I am sure some day soon I will get pissed off but for now I am amused by the stupidity of it all.
One of the worst companies I ever worked for! Almost no training provided! There marketing director John Waligura is a Liar! He demoted me four days before Christmas.
