called twice - missed call first time then answered and it was a fax machine. I am on east coast, nothing to do with Ohio.  Spammer spoofing their number?

It is OSU Medical. Those of you wondering why someone wouldn't want to answer an unknown number apparently don't get many spam calls. Once you answer one of them, they never stop calling. My Call Blocker logs blocked calls. One number calls 3 times a day and has for the last year.

It was someone reminding me of up-coming doctor appointment and needed information from me before the appointment.

Any call coming from Ohio State Med Center campus will have this number.  There are many patients in many rooms, each having a phone.  They may dial a wrong number.
