Who called from 6143041911

I get a call several times a day but didnt get it answer and they don't leave a message.

Called me several times - never leaves a message.  Today I decide to return the call.  "Amy" said call may be recorded then went into say she was calling from the City Health Dept.  I told her I'm a city worker (which is the truth), her number is not a city exchange and I'm also in the Do Not Call registery.  She immediately hung up and I blocked the number.

Picked up and spoke with "Claire from the New Albany Homeowners Association" She asked if I could hear her and hung up on me

Didn't answer although do live in Columbus area, won't pick up unless I recognize the number.  Caller I.D. said SKYPE.  Call came at 5:30 p.

Same as above ... I did not pick up, caller I.D. said SKYPE ... Mar. 7 10:50 a.m.    If called again, I will block of course.
