Put all those numbers into a spreadsheet and study to see what area codes you can block, then you can delete all the numbers in that area code. Some scammers spoof numbers with a non-existent area code.
The area code for Washington, DC - "202" is a favorite of the fake IRS agents, but if you have need to communicate with anyone there it's not simple as there are millions of possible numbers.

I opted out had to enter my 10 digit phone (they knew it anyway) and hopefully no more multiple weekly calls.
Wife went to a meeting where they had prayer cloths to be sent to Parsley for prayer and returned. They Harvested the phone numbers and addresses because not long after that plain envelopes started coming in the mail for donations (from at least 3 areas of the USA) and phone calls started .... I hope #2 then #2 stops the persistant calling
Here we go again. Another round of calls from Rod Parsley. Seems like every few weeks my number comes up on their list and I get a batch of calls. Just more incentive to toss the phone in the street.
I got a call from this number at 7:39 PM. with the ID World Harvest. The phone rung at least 20 times. When I did pick up the phone there was no one on the other end. Just silence. They are seeking donations.
