Put all those numbers into a spreadsheet and study to see what area codes you can block, then you can delete all the numbers in that area code. Some scammers spoof numbers with a non-existent area code.
The area code for Washington, DC - "202" is a favorite of the fake IRS agents, but if you have need to communicate with anyone there it's not simple as there are millions of possible numbers.
World Harvest, Rod Parsley=same oh, same oh. All are ROBO calls with the same M/O.Which is annoying. My Call Blocker as a max of 1500 numbers. These birds use so many different numbers that I may reach critical mass way early. But, all are blocked and I will not hear a second from them a second time unless it is with yet another number. Which will then be blocked, also.

Read your blockers owners manual-Check what is the least amount of numbers you can block with. My telephone/call blocker can block ranges of numbers with as few as 2 digits. So as an example if I block 20, it will block all area codes that start with 20. Same with 21, 22, 23, 24...etc. So I can block hundreds of thousands of numbers (unsure of the exact amount) .
