I ask the Ohio State Highway Patrol about this Troopers Coalition and they told me they know nothing about them, so as far as I'm concerned its a scam.
Called asking for a donation. Said they were from the Troopers Coalition. Told them I never give money or my credit card information to unsolicited callers. Not that stupid.
