Who called from 6144075691

This caller called in the mid-afternoon and did not leave a message.  Legitimate callers leave messages.  In addition, the caller ID said "Not in Use" indicating a strong possibility that this is a spoofed number.

Heard this loud bloop sound, then a man says hello, then hangs up.

Caller ID displayed "Not In Use". Did not leave a message. How do they bi-pass the "Do Not Call List?" Not a legitimate call.

Answered phone, the blip sound, then a man said "I need to speak with the person responsible for the AEP account"  I hung up

Oh yeah, caller ID did show Not In Use also...
