Getting calls from this number frequently. No one ever says anything.

I got some recording about a Trooper's collation. IDK what that is, but I suspect it is probably some supposed Police "charity" that keeps 90% of the money. I hung up and blocked the number.

This number called me at 1:00 PM.  I picked up the phone and maintained silence.  After about 15 seconds, I heard a click and I hung up.  Only way to deal with these; usually such callers are offshore scammers unaware that robo-calls are illegal in Ohio.
