Got a call from 614-763-6989 today. When I answered there was a message saying this is not a sales call please hold. Don't care who it is if it's not a real person I'm not holding while you get on the line. If they really wanted to talk to me they'd have a real person call.
just got the call, I decided to listen to automated voice. first question was asking if it was "me", if not, press 2 (so I did :), next question was asking if "me" was at home/available to take call, I pressed 2 for no. 3rd question asked if "me" lived at this phone # & I pressed 2 for no & to be taken off list :):) (hopefully that works & they'll stop calling!
Phone number called. Left no message. I called back. I was on hold for about 3 minutes and then the call hung up on me after being repeatedly told they were sorry for the inconvenience but all of their service representatives were assisting other customers. They never said who they were.
They never leave a message and when I do answer, it says that all representatives are currently assisting other customers. I finally called the number back and they answered CBCS, this is Robin. I didn't bother staying on the line long enough to see who CBCS was but I googled it. They are a debt collector.
