Received a call from this number. I did not answer and no message was left.

Same as above. Call went to voice mail, and no message was left. Likely a scam. Blocked number.

Answered, but no one picked up

Received two calls in the last hour from this number, have received multiple calls in the last week.   Robo calls say it's Ohio State Troopers raising funds.   Two different names/voices in the last calls, but same method.  Phone clicks a couple times, then the voice starts.
