It's Me sounds like a front person for (614) 465-1661 (?) If this a call from a minsitry why do they seem (indicated from the post concerning this number) always seem to ask for a person not listed as the owner of the called number?
"Pastor Parsley" calls my home several times a week but never leaves a message. I have no idea why this number calls me. The calls are very annoying and seem pointless to me. I wish they'd stop.
After my last post, I called the number back and got an automated voice, identifying itself as Breakthrough Ministries. The voice gave me the option of removing my phone number from its calling list. I entered my number but I have no idea how I got on the calling list in the first place. I do NOT know Pastor Parsley or Breakthrough Ministries. The persistent calls, never leaving a VM for me, have been SO annoying. I also went to Do Not Call Registry to file a complaint about this caller.
I have to agree with some of the people on here. I give to breakthrough and enjoy Pastor Rod Parsley. However, to have people calling and intruding, again and again on people's lives is not the mission of a Christ centered ministry.
I just received a call from them. No message. I enjoy the ministry, but all these comments on here cannot be wrong. You seem to have a lot to say to people on here, but...any ministry calling someone who's wife died and 'harassing' him. That's unkind and very unChristian. And calling and the husband answering and saying I called to talk to your wife..that's even more unChristian as the husband and wife are one, and should be informed as to the nature of the call, if one spouse is out.
Harassing calls are not acceptable. People have enough to deal with in their life. And it promotes a negative witness to Christ. The ministry needs to do something about this.
