This is the Surace-Smith agency, associated with American Income Life Insurance Co. They called me for an interview last summer and when I asked them to explain exactly what position it was for they would never give me a direct answer. I decided to check them out and when I showed up for the interview there were about a dozen other people there too. When I once again asked if this is an actual interview for an actual position they again were vague. I told them to forget it and walked out. They once again called me this morning. So basically they are recruiting for insurance sales people.
American Income Life. It's a legit position, but it's mass marketed to people because they have roughly a 7% retention rate. You have to pay for everything yourself, no reimbursement, work 6-7 days a week, 10+ hour days. The pay is 100% commission, the training system sucks (your trainers have to get commission as well too, so they take all the good cases), and their conservation department are as close to crooks as you can get away with. Strongly recommend blocking this number unless you are capable of selling a ketchup popsicle to women in white gloves.
