Same phone call and message. Called back to have them remove me from their list. Lady was very rude and told me that they can charge me with a felony. I have perfect credit and never had any type of trouble with the law before. This is completely bogus. She threatened me again when I explained that and told her to send whatever information and court documents she had to me through certified mail and she then hung up on me.
Called and left a VM saying this was an official notification of being notified. Didn't state their name or business but said either myself or attorney should contact them by the end of the day or that they would consider my right to counsel to be waived in regards to some sort of investigation. Said to call this number back. Called the number back from another line in which a women answered the phone and garbled something like ... Investigation something please provide me your number. I immediately hung up. Believe this is a scam but still shook me up. I have nothing to do with anything or anyone in Ohio and have not be notified in mail about anything. What these bottom feeders will do to scam people out of money...
