Same phone call and message. Called back to have them remove me from their list. Lady was very rude and told me that they can charge me with a felony. I have perfect credit and never had any type of trouble with the law before. This is completely bogus. She threatened me again when I explained that and told her to send whatever information and court documents she had to me through certified mail and she then hung up on me.
It certainly is. They want to scare you so you pay a bogus amount. Ignore entirely and leave this number to get no kind of answer if you can. You'll hear about this in the mail if it were real and threats wouldn't be delivered through random calls. Unless these crooks have somebody answering the phone, they can't do a thing.
