All the complaints to the FCC, Attorney General, etc. are non-productive. These idiots have to be stopped!
This number calls your Do not Call number cell phone and states " Hello, this is Clare. Can you hear me clearly? My response was No and do you realize that this number is on the Do Not Call List and you are violating FCC regulations? What company do you represent? and Clare hangs up. These people need to be prosecuted.

Without saying anything, I answered the call. After a second or two, someone said he was calling on a recorded line regarding medical emergency service and asked if I could hear him. I answered "No" and he paused, and asked if I could hear him now and I answered "No". He hung up. And I blocked the number from my phone.
