These people have called me several times at differ hrs of day and night. Finally got ahold of them and they told me this was Time Warner!!

ya same here the #  (614) 643-1723 is bugging me alot, and they call 2 times in a row, and when i go to pick it up, no answer

Whoever they are, they have called 6 times in the last 2 days - usually in the morning.  No voicemail left.

I've been getting calls from this number about 10 times a day...no messages left. If it is Time Warner, they have no reason to be calling me. My bills are all paid and I am sick of this. The calls start at 7am. and don't end till 10pm. This is crazy
