Declined the call, went to voice mail. A brief burst of static then nothing for 2 minutes. I've had several of these types of calls lately, from several different numbers in different parys of the country.
No message - probably a political call. We pay our overpriced and overtaxed phone bill for our convenience, not to be harassed by callers who don't have to disclose their identity or provide a way to be removed from these lists because _they_ are exempt from Do Not Call.
