criminal harassment

I keep getting calls 4 times a day from this entity.They seem to know how to disguise this number to look like they are calling from different cities so that it cannot be called back.  Since they never leave messages, this is a deliberate case of criminal harassment which almost caused me to hit another car at high speed. If you call somebody. it should be required by law that you leave a message with your name and physical address.

These people call me AT LEAST once every two hourd during the day. Never leave a voicemail, and when I do decide to answer, people breath in the phone and hang up. I have no idea who they are or why they are constantly harassing me!

It's a debt collector, as others are saying.  They are relentless and extremely annoying, so I now use an app to block calls from their numbers.

please stop calling my mother's number constantly (708.754.1376).  she is extremely ill & unable to walk or eat. stop calling her! take that number off your teleprompter calling list NOW>

The call was from Commenity Bank.  They manage several retail accounts. In my case it was Lane Bryant.  They are persistent but the debt was valid.  They are easy to work with, too.
