Multiple calls the last several weeks from this number. Never a message so today I answered it and they didn't. Maybe it will stop now. Don't say Hello more than once, just wait.
I have received seven calls from this number since the first one starting 17 Feb. 2017. All of them I.D. as either 'Ohio Call' or 'Wireless Caller' It is a 'spoofed' number taken from a legitimate business (go to page 1 of this thread). To find out about 'spoofing', Google 'mobile phone spoof'. The two calls I answered, before blocking their azzes, had foreign accents. They are definitely scum/bottom feeders. I find it is best to not do business with either 'robo' calls or 'anonymous' I.D. numbers. I do however answer them because it could be a friend or relative calling in an emergency.
Why can't this number be blocked automatically by networks if it is a known "hacked" number. Can't you trap the name and phone number in the "caller ID" so that it can be traced back to source of origin to catch scammers?
