You, sir, are acting as big a jerk as the spammer. Rosemarie Collections are obviously at wits' end over this spoofing. In other words - another casualty of it. And what are you doing but piling on? Way to blame the victim.
I answered call and there was a hesitation, like a robo dialed call. Heavy accented person wanted to upgrade my security system I had with them. I couldn't tell if he said ADT or AT&T, but whichever I told him I had a different company for my home security. I told him that he had some bad information. He apologized and said he would remove me from their list. We'll see. If they call again, I won't be pleasant at all.
Said they were from ADT. Kept tripping over the words, I figured even if he was from ADT, had no desire to hear from him, hung up. Now looks like it was actually a scam.
