Who called from 6147467495

This number has called three times in the last two days. No area code. Pick up, dead silence. Tried to call back using 614 area code, get a message from Verizon saying it's been disconnected. Nearly the same experience as everyone else here, it looks like.
And yes, VERY ANNOYING. Am reporting this number to the FTC.

Same here, calls almost every day.

Keep getting calls from Richard Bauer 614-746-7495.  I finally answered it but they just disconnect.
