Calls my cell phone non-stop, for months. I have no idea what they want.

called and said my name, that their name was Chris (male) and then the phone cut off. No idea what they wanted.

This is Discover card calling, they call multiple times every day starting exactly at 8:01AM, perhaps one of the most persistent collection agencies I have ever encountered.
