Who called from 6161320000

Called cellphone 2x in the past 20 minutes.  Never answer unknowns much less ones with a strange number like this one.  Never have set up voice mail so don't even know if a message was left but since I know of no one from there I'm suspicious.

I answered but they didn't say anything after 45 seconds so I hung up. They left no message.
