Look at the phone number. It's fake. In North America the prefix of a phone number cannot start with a '0', or a '1'. This tells you the number is spoofed (faked) & that your caller is likely a foreign criminal.

I have no idea why this or like (?) numbers 137, 139, etc., keep calling me via ILLEGAL AUTO DIALER???
