When I answered the phone a lady said: "Sylvia?" I said, "yes". She then said, it was harder to get a hold of me than to get her grandson's hand out of the candy jar. She laughed. It sounded like someone who really knew me.
So I asked who she was but she did not answer. I hung up and blocked them.
