Another call from Rachel at Cardholder Services just came in(01/23/2013 2:18PM Central time) to my cell phone. I'm on both the federal and my state's DNC list in addition, telemarketing to cell phones is illegal in my state(Louisiana). I've complained multiple times to both the federal and state DNC programs but it has not helped. Since there's no way to track them down, I doubt anything can be done.
Im getting called during work and when i try to connect with a live person Im getting disconnected EVERY SINGLE TIME! These guys have to be doing something illegal.
616-216-2172, they call me every day. When I tell them my number is on the do not call registry they slam the phone down. Is there a regulatory agency that can put a stop to this?
I too am getting calls from this number. Not only am I on the National Do Not Call List, I have also added thier numbers to my Call Block Smart Limits feature for my cell phone. In 2-3 days; they start all over again. And AT& T was no help in getting it stopped either.
