Another call from Rachel at Cardholder Services just came in(01/23/2013 2:18PM Central time) to my cell phone. I'm on both the federal and my state's DNC list in addition, telemarketing to cell phones is illegal in my state(Louisiana). I've complained multiple times to both the federal and state DNC programs but it has not helped. Since there's no way to track them down, I doubt anything can be done.
Criminals tend to be rather stupid, but even they know how ridiculous it would be to report someone blowing an airhorn into the ear of a telescammer that illegally called them. I have used airhorns, whistles, feedback from an electric guitar, anything that will bother them half as much as they bothered me. They deserve whatever they get from the person they illegally, repeatedly called. I can only hope the offender is so affected by the person they called that they get a headache, get their feelings hurt, or are just so disturbed by the victim they die before their next shift.
