A bill collector who is looking for someone named Randy. Won't believe that I'm not him. Calls my cell phone from a variety of numbers including 616 226-8997 and 616 226-8481 The last person I talked to said she was in a call center in Georgia--the numbers are all from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Not sure if it is a scam or they are just clueless. While our fine congress just passed a law permitting bill collectors to call cell phones that law won't take effect until April, 2017. Report them while you still can!
