That explains it, I finally spoke to someone...I didn't ask any questions, just said "wrong number". He said, "Okay I will call back later." So I responded, "If its the wrong number why would you call back?"
He was stumped. Previous poster said direct energy...and I have dealt with their annoying customer service reps.
This number has been calling me once or twice a day for weeks. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, they never leave a message and I now have them added to my phone contacts with "send directly to voicemail" so I never hear it ring. Now, to find a way to block them totally.
AH, this would explain it. I have used Direct Energy as my electric supplier in the past, but no longer. Why on Earth don't they leave a message at least saying who they are if they expect to be treated as a reputable company?! THIS is how you act with former customers when you are trying to get their business back!?
This company has been calling for weeks! As everyone else states,they do not leave any message.I am going to try calling them now that I know who it is calling me.I too am sick an tired of their relentless calls at all hours.One time they were calling me at 9:15 p.m. which is illegal in the state of Connecticut.Any and all buisness calls must be by 9:00 p.m. I will post any progress I can achieve..
