Likely using some sort of demon dialer program that dials in numerical order. My cell is unlisted, kept very strictly private, and on the Do Not Call list but I still get scam calls. Scammers are going down a numerical list; i.e., 123-456-7890, 123-456-7891, and so on. It's that simple.
Would not identify himself before I confirmed my name. Then hung up on me. Called back and got busy signal. Believe it is a charity or bogus charity org. BLOCKED Number through verizon online residential blocking.

I called and tried to opt out--Next day calls came in
I called Insight Teleservices direct and talked to a gal who said she has heard of the opt out not working.
Gave her my nmber and was told i would be removed
Next day the calls continue--It is a daily thing and no one answers when i pick up the phone.
I am reporting them to the Michigan attorney generals complaint number at 517-373-1152.
Will see if this works?
