Numerous calls attempting to get us to accept a "prepaid" medical alert button. Please stop from calling. Originally was posting bank of America on caller I'd. And giving no number
Social Security, Medicare, etc do not sell your number. However, when you asked these scammers to never call you, you gave them the info they were looking for; namely that they had a live phone number. Never, ever answer these calls. Just let it go to voicemail or let your answering machine screen it. Do not fall for the line that if you press a certain number on your phone they will take you off the list. Again, that only ensures that your number is valid.
These scammers left a voice mail about some kind of senior medical care. It said, "Don't be a victim lying on the floor. Press 5 to find out if this program is available in your area."
What a bunch of baloney!!
Scammers and losers. There is nothing good here for any of us.
