When I receive calls from this number, and I answer the phone, there is no replly from the other end. I don't know who is calling or why, but it is very disturbing because I am a heart patient and I have to usuallly run to get the phone when it rings, and when it turns out to be something like this, it makes me very angry. I am very pleased that somebody is trying to do something about it.
I was told the reason these calls come at different times throughout the day (from random numbers) is to throw you off making you think its someone different but its actually a machine programing the time of day you answer it so harassers know when you are actually home. Telemarketers and debt collectors both.. so I dont answer.. my father said he answers it and lays the phone down until he decides later to hang it back up ;) Maybe we should all rally and call THEM at the same time and blow their lines, lol
