I think this is a predatory business marketer. Calls everyday, doesn't leave message and wants to argue about removing my cell number from their calling list. Called back and talked to someone named Jordan. He kept asking for my company name before he would remove me and just wanted to argue. Told him I was on do not call list and that I didn't want them calling my cell phone anymore and he finally said he would take my number off the list.
