Who called from 6172093224

As I didn't answer, they left a very loud and long ring tone.

Suspect spammer or rob call number. Have called twice, hangs up after about the 4th ring

Called about 3 times today.  When I pick up, it's dead air, with voices in background.  Sounds like a call center.  It is a telemarketer.

Third phone call from Massachusetts in 2 days. No message left, and I did not answer, chances are, they are trying to reduce my energy cost....but I don't live in MA

got called , don't know them probably some sort of scam
