Called my cell phone - said something about lowering interest rates and I hung up.

Missed call on my Cell.  No message was left.

Called my cell phone and I ignored it - no message left.  There should be a way -- these calls can be blocked before they even call you -- When you sign up for NO CALL -- it should be "NO CALL"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called. I answered. They didn't say anything. I hung up. That was it
