Who called from 6172425839

Just called my cell number and didn't leave message.

Complete freaking scam.  Claimed to lower my APR on my credit card...
I toyed with the guy for 5 minutes just until I told him he was a FRAUD!!   Claimed he was calling in regards to my CHASE visa, when I said "Which One, I have multiple..."  He couldn't answer and said he represents all of them Bank of America, etc.  
I told him he was full of $#!t...

However it did sound like the guy had a copy of my credit report.
Anyone know where I can report this scam....

I saw this number come up on my cell. I didn't answer it and no message was left.

Called my landline. Caller ID showed Verizon. Don't have or want Verizon. Didn't answer!

Called my cell phone today.  I answered.  Pre-recorded message about lowering my interest rate on my credit card.  Thing is, I DO NOT have a credit card (hard to believe I know) ...so a phishing scam?
