Seems to be a collection agency with a bad phonebook. I called them back today and they were looking for someone else.

when callers are ashamed to show their name do not be dumb enough to pick up-do you know how frustrated these scum bags will get if they get no response.

i think this is a scam. they claimed i owned money to comcast but didn't have the ability to mail me the bill, somehow had my address...... i looked them up and they aren't even listed.
