Called at 10:22am. Not diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo), so just reported it to them. I picked up and got that instant dial tone, probable indicator of spam call. Callback -> voicemail "not available" announcement.
