long pause and then even though a Boston exchange it said BCEC (so right away i knew it wasnt a company i recognized) and then when a woman finally started to speak you could tell they were calling from out of the country SCAMMERS. Hang up or dont answer this.
Decided to pick up only because I was expecting a call. A woman wanted to speak with whomever was in charge of the electric bill. Told her I wasn't interested and hung up. Blocking that one too.
Called at 1:10 PM, April 28th, caller ID: BCEC, I picked up as I was expecting a call, said hello a few times and they hung up. Seems like a scam to me.
