Called my cell phone 5 times within a few hours. I answered the fifth call and was told by a woman that I had 24 hours in which to hire a lawyer or I would go to jail. My other option was to call this number back at a specified time and they would take care of things for me. I've since done some research on this type of call and have found that it is a scam. I tried to call the number back to give them a piece of my mind but all I get is a recording saying that it is no longer a working number.

I just had the same issue- I am going to report it to the local news channels- scared the heck out of me! I had no idea what on earth I could have done.. so frustrating !!
This number just called my husband with the same situation. We live no where near Boston. This is fraud to the "nth" degree. I am going to contact the MA state's attorney. Good luck was the last thing this woman said.
