Caller leaves a name and this number, states he is with 'Harvard University'.  When you return the call, they do not answer the phone as "Harvard", they simply ask who called and try to route you to a salesperson.

They are not Harvard, nor affiliated with Harvard.  It is a scam to sell something.  Second time this group has called me (and I do some legit business with Harvard!)
