keeps calling an telling me his name is mike johnson...have to call urgently...all my banking information is in his department an if i disreguard this message it will end up in a legal matter....till then take care an have a wonderful day.....ITS A SCAM...they called me from 917-268-9159 but im suppose to call back at this 617 number is where his department is....what a joke this stuff needs to stop
A company keeps calling threatening to sue if payments are not received immediately (617-531-0409). What I found strange about this particular call is that they had called my business number which is not listed from a person with a foreign deep accent which gave me an intuition that they had gotten my number for a third business party listing, more so like a payday loan company. What I have learned from a law firm is that anyone who is going to sue you will send a direct certified letter to your address to appear in court and if not, this would be considered as a fraudulent call to pressure people into getting money.

I have received numerous phone calls at my job where I'm a manager. They keep telling me about a legal matter and if I don't take care of it I will be served papers at my job. What a way to scare people - threaten to make them look bad at their job. Luckily, my job know this is a scam, but it is still very embarassing. They called me 6 months ago, but when I looked them up on line, I knew it was a scam and I ignored them and it seemed like they were leaving me alone, but now they are harassing me again. It makes me think about getting a new job, which is crazy, since I've been employed there for 6 years. How can we stop this?
