these people are idiots and I hope anyone who gets a call researches the number, I have received calls from three different numbers, all thick indian accents and one sounded like he had cerebal palsy, not sure exactly what that sounds like but he had something. I told them last week and the week before I have not defaulted on any loans in fact i filed a chapter 13 so stop calling my phone. He was like listen to me, i started yelling and realized he is not someone worth my time and hung up on him. Sometimes they say they are from a law firm, this is the nosiest law firm I have ever heard, and why do I hear anyone! They need to be stopped dead in their tracks, do not let them scare you, even if you are in default of a loan, worst case the lender can demand payment by trying to draft funds, but if nothing is there then oh well. This is not a legal matter in the sense that you can go to jail. Yes they can sue and you will be in collections but by no means is someone going to show up at your place of employment and arrest you for a damn payday loan! Please give them a kick rocks for me if they call you.
THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. THEY HAVE CALLED MY CELL PHONE AS WELL AS MY PLACE OF EMPLOYEMENT. WHEN I CALL BACK I EITHER USER VOICEMAIL FULL OR SOMEONE PICKS AND WILL ASK FOR MY NUMBER WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES.
They are also calling me 6 times in a row. I called back finally and they confirmed my name and hung up. I am no calling authorites to report this just in case they do try to take money
