Don't know who it is but does not leave message.  Will not answer as I am getting too many of these calls.

Called to set up a chimney sweeping service at my elderly mother's house. Tried to return call. Out of service. Subsequent calls to this number yielded a fast busy signal each time.

Rude and harassing call saying I had won the lottery and then hanging up.

Repeated calls with no message. Soooo annoying.
