AND they won't leave a message, they want you to call them back. they also have a few other numbers they call from if after you do not answer one for a while. I owe a few bucks on my bill because I refuse to pay a bogus charge. They wanted me to give them a payment right then and there and I said I would review it first. I pretty much had to hang up on them.
It is hard to believe that it is actually verizon wireless calling. IF I was late on a payment I should not be getting hounded constantly from unrecognized numbers. When I called back the number it was an automated message stating that I called verizon wireless and reached finicial services... they then asked me to type in my last 4 digits of my social security number.... NO WAY! I would rather hang up and call back the designated 1-800 number on my bill or the website.... this could be a identity theft scam
