Calls come at all hours day or night Always a boiler room noise in the background I think they are collectors Never a message

These people are from a collection company. I was able to connect with them one day when they called

Repeated calls

this number calls and hangs up.
I called them back and they jibber the name of the company.
they won't give their address for a cease and desist.

they are so annoying they keep asking for people not at my number and they change their numbers often.

all these collection companies should be bombed and burned to the ground.
