Who called from 6179821709

I did earlier today. No message was left. I called the number back...adding the *67 prefix. The reached recording, while a bit more professional sounding than most others, was still very vague. This has the makings of a telemarketer.

Got a call from this number this morning. Answered it, but nothing on their end. Caller Id said it was Dish NE

*67 for an 8## isn't going to do anything.  The person/company you are calling is paying for the call so number blocking to them does not work.  Your number is available to them because they are paying for the call

Called around 8:30 PM. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Blocked them.

Standard predictive dialer program (I pick up the call, then is actually connects to a live person). A clear sign of fraud.
