I have received 3 calls from this number today, but no mags left

This number called me and wanted to know if I was able try change are bill I said no and she hang up. I know it's a scam they wanted to play me like a full well guess what. They didn't get this person.....

Received a call, person had my name, and asked if I was in charge of my electricity, I said no, and they asked if the person in charge was available and I said no and hung up.
