No, they have a computer program that randomly generates numbers for them. Answering tells them "Yes! This made up number is actually valid!" then they sell the list of valid numbers to other scammers & telemarketers.
I was confused, but accepted the offer. I tacitly accepted & sent him some money. I hope he doesn't steal my credit account. -Very sorry. I like this person a lot & hope they don't get in trouble, but I've got my own issues. Would never ordinarily want to go after this person. Seems like this stuff is so wrong, I think. I think the victims are decent people! -
- I did not feel safe... really not safe... You should feel safe, but also sorry maybe, but maybe IDK. A lot of times when people say they will do something they do it. But I did not say that? I understand... urgh... i'm going crazy... Was mean & a bully too, bullied the person in a bad, terrible way. So sorry, but hoping i could just scare this person away for their own & everybody's best interest. Seems like there may be lasting consequences of this, like if Trump gets elected, he might totally wreck all these people. Again, victims are just decent people it seems? Hard to make sense of. -
