If you have Caller ID and do not recognize the number what I do is run to the phone and hit the talk button and end button just that fast and it disconnects the call immediately; doesn't even allow it to go to our answering machine.

Brittany needs to ignore calls that do not leave a message on voice mail or answering machines - even after checking 800notes or search engines.

How do you expect the Do Not Call Registry to work?
It is not a call-blocking service.
Scammers don't look at the list.

Same just happened to me

Said "that extension is not valid" as soon as I answered. Good to know the scammers screw up sometimes.
